Germán Charum-Sanchez is a Colombian designer living in Canada. In this talk he tells us how to design complex systems to provide better information to the citizen regarding his health. We also reviewed a design case for chronic pain. When Germán designs in health, he takes into account patient support groups, the family, the services provided by public management and also the patient. Looking at all these components is designing in a systemic way, but at the same time what he designs is a system of elements that together help the well-being of the patient. Do not miss this interview where Germán explains to us how complex systems design is essential in health.
